Copy and Paste Makes Bookmarklet Obsolete
I realize I haven’t really updated this site in a while and I want to make sure everyone knows that 3.0’s Copy and Paste has made the Bookmarklet obsolete.
The Bookmarklet has always been a workaround, a way to get the address into SSR without you having to type it out, and then let SSR download the file.
On another note, I’ll finally be getting a chance to work on the next version of SSR. I’ve had other projects and a full time job taking up a lot of my time, but that’s changing mid-November. The really big update to the next version will be a notepad where you can type in, or more likely, copy and paste in, your text so you will be able to just bring over web articles and the like.
